Rance Olison worked at the Stonegate pool for many years. You could always find him at the pool making sure it was ready to go for the community to enjoy. The community loved him dearly and his contagious personality would put a smile on your face. To show their appreciation for his hard work and dedication, Stonegate dedicated the pool in his memory of Rance Olison.

On February 18, 2023 the Rance Olison Foundation presented a deserving high school student a $500 scholarship at the Texas Alliance of Black Educators Banquet.
